Jessica is our main manager and her experience chasing twin boys will serve you well!
In 2011 one of Jessica’s friends asked her to help organize/coordinate her wedding, from there a few other pals asked the same favor and she was more than willing to lend a helping hand. It wasn’t until 2015 that she got her first paid gig and she was hooked!
Jessica has been giving tours, working weddings - as director, planner, and assistant - for us since we opened in late 2015! She is a tremendous asset, knowledgeable, accommodating, and brings an approachable and fun personality to all of our events! If you’re lucky you’ll even find her on the dance floor during your wedding!

After marrying Mim Miles in May of 2018, it only made sense for his wife, Lauren, to manage The Barn at Bennett Flats’ weddings and events. Having been married at the Barn, Lauren’s insights and input are valuable to both our prospective and booked couples. Her communication skills and creativity will put you at ease from your first phone call or text until your beautiful sparkler exit. If you have a vision for your big day, Lauren will make it happen. She can also be found fluffing the pillows and chasing her daughter and son—Margo and Mac, around the property!
MIM MILES

The visionary behind The Barn at Bennett Flats, Mim worked closely with our contractor to create a rustic, yet elegant space while highlighting the charm and character of the original structure. His designs began with sketches that were ultimately used to create the space we have today. Some of these sketches include the chandelier, the side bar patio, the staircase and iron railing in the house, and even our logo. Mim’s day to day roll is essentially acting as consultant for improvements, as well as helping pick up all the trash after the big events. The visionary behind our neighboring Barn House, Pam Miles brought a feminine touch to complement the Barn’s masculine character. Her talents were immediately recognized in her abilities to create bright, open spaces meant for you to enjoy and relax knowing you were steps away from the altar. The space she created was designed with you and your bridesmaids in mind. Pam’s detail oriented and nurturing style have combined the original plans with a luxurious touch to ensure you feel pampered and stress free on your big day. You may just get a visit from the Bath & Body Works fairy, her obsession with yummy smelling bath bombs, and candles will top off your stay!

MADELIN MILES

After moving back from Huntsville, Alabama in August of 2016, Madelin Miles took on the role of part owner/manager and events director and brought the venue to life. Madelin single handedly built the business by advertising, organizing packages, networking, lots of trial and error and adapting to the needs of our clients. Her knowledge of the property and welcoming personality left positive impressions on everyone who stepped foot in the Barn and Barn House.
